Maryana Kovalchuk’s photography moves between architecture, nature, and everyday detail — an ongoing study of how light, space, and memory intertwine.

As an architect and multidisciplinary creative, her work focuses on the interplay between structures and the connections that bind cultures, languages, identities, and people. She is a part of the architectural duo YKAA.

In photography, she approaches the camera as a tool for observation and reflection, drawn to the silent rhythms of built and natural environments. Her work unfolds across Japan and Europe, documenting moments where structure meets emotion, and place becomes a language of its own.
